Harvest period: first ten days of October

Vinification: manual harvesting of the grapes. Soft pressing and contact between skins and must for a few hours. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of the extracted must. After a contact with the fine lees for about six months, the wine continues its refinement in the bottle

Organoleptic notes: Straw yellow, with golden reflection and intense fruity aromas of green apple. Fresh,dry wine, well-structured and persistent. After manual harvest in the first  week of  October, the grapes are gently crushed and lie with skins for 24 hrs. The wine is, then, fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature up to racking off. Then the wine refines in bottle.
