Organoleptic notes: Straw yellow, intense floral aromas, with notes of yellow pulpy fruits. A dry, soft, fresh wine, well balance. After manual harvest in the first week of October, the grapes are gently crushed and lie with skins for 24 hrs. The wine is, then, fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature up to racking off. Then the wine refines in bottle.
