Vinification: manual harvesting of the grapes. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and aging for 9 months in 25/50 hl oak barrels. Long bottle aging
Organoleptic notes: Ruby red, with fruity aromas of sour cherry, blackberry and black pepper. Dry, warm and well structured, it is also balanced by velvety tannins. The wine ages 9 months in 25/50 hl oak casks and then refines in bottle
