Harvest period: first ten days of November
Vinification: manual harvesting of the grapes. Fermentation and maceration for about 30 days at a controlled temperature. Extraction of the flower wine only which continues its journey in 25/50 hl oak barrels, followed by a long aging in bottle
Organoleptic notes: With an intense ruby red color, it has an important aromatic, warm and captivating decision, which shows itself with a good dose of elegance, releasing fruity and spicy perceptions of good composure, with some balsamic and toasted impression. Setting of austerity and severity to the taste, further invigorated by an adequate dose of freshness; the alcoholic embrace does his to keep the hardships at bay. Aromatic extension that becomes more earthy, with flavors of humus and bark, in the long persistence.
