Harvest period: first ten days of November

Vinification: manual harvesting of the grapes. Fermentation and maceration for about 30 days at a controlled temperature. Extraction of the flower wine only which continues its journey in 25/50 hl oak barrels, followed by a long aging in bottle

Organoleptic notes: Ruby red, with fruity aromas and a hint of undergrowth and cinnamon. Dry, warm and smooth, its soft tannins express the strength of its body. Manual harvest in November, fermentation and maceration for 30 days at controlled temperature. After racking off, the wine is aged for about 18 months in 25/50 hl oak casks and then refined in bottle.
